Place Value: Making greatest and least numbers

Here we use a more difficult task to determine if students understand greatest or least in regards to place value.  They simply look at the number and re-arrange them to make the biggest or smallest number. We want to insure they understand the meaning of greatest and least so do not explain this to them if you are using this page as a test for this skill.
