Basically the same skill level as the previous problem, however, this time we are using addition.
 

I want you to draw a picture to help you solve the word problem. Then make a number sentence from the picture you drew.

 

There are 8 kittens playing.
Then 8 more come to play.
How many kittens are playing in all?
